I am a therapist and meditation teacher with a background in ACT therapy, psychology, hypnotherapy, meditation, energy healing, lifestyle coaching and more. My passion lies in helping you find balance, release stress, and reconnect with what really matters in order to live a mindful, value-congruent life. Through tailored sessions, I offer a safe space for relaxation, personal growth, and emotional healing. ACT therapy

Typically 6 to 20 sessions, always depending on the need of the person. The model of ACT therapy revolves around Accepting what we cannot control, Committing to a life in line with our values and Taking the proper action. Through wonderful tools and explorations ( including mindfulness ) the ACT therapy is a poweful, holistic and effective process for change.
